User experience designer (one of several) working on Gmail, Google's web mail application, and current primary designer for Google Reader.

Construction and presentation of 508 training materials to development teams. 508 audits on major web applications. Assist client with creation of WCAG and Section 508 compliant web sites and applications. Design and execute user research studies, including usability tests, focus groups, surveys, interviews and contextual inquiries. Perform analysis and synthesize assessment findings for presentation of final reports. Worked closely with clients before and after user research to maximize impact of findings. Using an iterative user-centered design process, redesign several major websites from usability testing through prototyping and implementation.
